Biography
After completing a Diploma of Education (Secondary) at Curtin University of Technology, Western Australia, Danica is now a Perth based teacher and artist.

In 2009 she completed a Bachelor of Arts (Art) at Curtin University and she has also completed her Cert IV – Visual Art in 2005, at the Fremantle Tafe, WA .

Danica has exhibited in several group exhibitions around Western Australia including at the Bunbury Regional Art Gallery, Heathcote Museum and Gallery, Midland Town Hall, Cockburn Memorial hall, Canning Town Hall, Gallery Central, the Pulseart Studio and the Canning Arts Centre. She has been invited to exhibit her work as an 'emerging artist' at Trinity College 2010 and has been part of the Ceramics Art Association of WA Annual Selective Exhibitions (2010-2011).

Galleries and Representation
Danica is currently represented by Boranup Gallery, Margaret River; the Barracuda Studio Gallery in Fremantle; Story Boutique in Floreat; Happs Pottery in Dunsborough; and Bunbury Regional Art Galleries in Bunbury.

Her work is also displayed and sold at the Pulseart Studio, Spearwood; Bodyworktransformation, Hamilton Hill; and Canning Arts Centre, Riverton

2008-current Tutor/Teacher, Canning Arts Group, Riverton, WA

Danica and her father Nis, coordinate, curate and run the Community Art Markets through the working group: Reconnecting Arts & Community. These events are held at the Pulseart Studio in Spearwood and at the Perth Waldorf School, and invite local artists, musicians and crafts people to share their own work with others through stalls and mini interactive workshops and demonstrations. The purpose and goal of the event is to create a sustainable community space where people can come, experience and participate.
