These new oval platters and bowls feature detailed sgraffito carvings inspired by the vibrant Australian Ringneck Parrot, often known as the Twenty-Eight. Each piece begins as a rolled slab, shaped and pinched by hand, then carved through coloured slip to reveal crisp white linework. The soft rounded shape is more functional than the feather form and sits comfortably as a serving piece or decorative artwork.
