Arcadia Crop Circles returns in 2026 with Circles of Nature, transforming a working wheat field into a unique outdoor gallery where art, landscape and community come together. Find out more or visit IG page
Visitors are invited to walk a carefully designed spiral pathway through the crop, discovering a series of installations and sculptures nestled within individual crop circles. Each artwork responds to the surrounding environment, creating moments of surprise, reflection and connection as the journey unfolds.
DECADES
I’m excited to be part of Decades, a group exhibition bringing together nine artists to reflect on time, change, memory and the marks we leave behind.
For this exhibition, I’ll be sharing new work from my ongoing exploration of Western Australia’s black cockatoos and our connection to the habitats they depend on.

Continuum- Group Exhibition
Danica Wichtermann has been selected to exhibit in Continuum, a national members exhibition presented by the The Australian Ceramics Association in partnership with Noosa Regional Gallery.
The exhibition brings together 90 ceramic artists from across Australia, showcasing the diversity and excellence of contemporary ceramics practice.
Danica will present Whispers of the Wild – Where the Red Tails Roam, a carved porcelain vessel exploring ecological continuity through the relationship between Forest Red-tailed Black Cockatoos and the native landscapes that sustain them.

Show Off 2026
This is one of the City of Cockburn’s much-loved art events, with Memorial Hall opening its doors each year to showcase the work of local Cockburn artists.
Ceramic artist Danica Wichtermann has worked alongside her father, artist Nis Wichtermann, for many years from her childhood home in Spearwood, where they have regularly hosted community events and classes. They are excited to present recent works together in this year’s exhibition and will also host a joint Open Studio on Saturday 28 March.

Biosphere Boodja Arts and Wild Things Festival
This September, Goomalling comes alive with the Biosphere Boodja Arts and Wild Things Festival — a free two-day celebration of creativity, music, light, and nature. I’m excited to be one of the featured artists, creating a crop circle artwork inspired by my black cockatoo porcelain vases and the native flora they call home. Join me, along with incredible artists, musicians, and makers, for a weekend of workshops, performances, dome projections, and the joyful March of the Echidna clay sculpture parade. Free entry, with camping, glamping, and paid experiences available.
