Wheel Throwing Workshop: Create Beautiful, Functional Pottery by Hand

Looking for a relaxing and hands-on introduction to pottery? Join us for a one-off wheel throwing workshop and experience the joy of shaping clay into pieces you can use and cherish every day.

This small-group class (only 3–4 participants) offers plenty of one-on-one guidance, making it ideal for complete beginners or anyone looking to refine their skills. Over the course of three hours, you’ll learn the fundamentals of throwing clay on the wheel and create a range of functional forms—think mugs, bowls, jugs, or small vases.

You’ll also explore techniques for adding handles, sculpting hand-built spoons, and decorating your pieces with colour and texture.
