25–28 September 2026
Arcadia Farm, Beecroft Road, Goomalling, Western Australia

Arcadia Crop Circles returns in 2026 with Circles of Nature, transforming a working wheat field into a unique outdoor gallery where art, landscape and community come together.

Visitors are invited to walk a carefully designed spiral pathway through the crop, discovering a series of installations and sculptures nestled within individual crop circles. Each artwork responds to the surrounding environment, creating moments of surprise, reflection and connection as the journey unfolds.

This year's exhibition features works by:

Fleur Schell • Danica Wichtermann • Katie Chester • Sheryl Chant • Miki Stirbinskis • Denise Bending • Dee Robinson • Paula Greenway • Suesanne Sawyer • Meagan Howe • Mahli Wilkes • Nathan & Bronwyn Blackwell

...and more artists to be announced soon.

My featured Installation: Where Feathers Gather

Created by Perth Hills ceramic artist Danica Wichtermann (Rediscover Ceramics), Where Feathers Gather is a site-responsive installation that reflects on habitat, biodiversity and our shared responsibility for the landscapes we inhabit.

Positioned within its own crop circle, the work features sculptural ceramic feathers mounted on reclaimed timber forms, inspired by the Forest Red-tailed, Carnaby's and Baudin's Black Cockatoos. Each feather is individually handcrafted using white stoneware and locally sourced Koomalin clay, with carved and impressed textures drawn from native seed pods and food sources including banksia, marri and sheoak.

Community-created feathers produced through public workshops will also become part of the installation, reinforcing themes of collaboration, stewardship and care for Country.

Rather than presenting a monument, Where Feathers Gather creates a temporary place of gathering and contemplation, encouraging visitors to slow down and consider the relationships between people, agriculture and the species that depend on healthy ecosystems.

A Journey Through Art and Landscape

Arcadia Crop Circles is more than an exhibition. It is an immersive experience where every turn along the spiral path reveals another artist's interpretation of Circles of Nature. From large-scale sculptural works to intimate installations, the exhibition celebrates creativity while fostering deeper connections with the Wheatbelt landscape.

Whether viewed from ground level or from above, the crop circles become a living canvas where contemporary art and the rhythms of the land exist side by side.
