Set of Bowls

Rediscover Ceramics classes are perfect for beginners and complete novices. If you have never worked with clay before please feel very welcome to come and experience the fun and satisfaction of creating something functional with your hands.

On the day you will be learning how to hand build a set of two smaller bowls of your choice, or a medium or larger serving bowl, using stoneware clay. If time permits, you can also create a spoon. This is a great little creative project, a beautiful addition for the home, and handmade items you can use for life.

Danica will take you through the making process step by step, including demonstrating how she does her own nature imprint range. You will be able to decorate and personalize your items as you wish. You will also have the opportunity to add a splash of coloured underglazes at the end.

These classes are perfect to enjoy with a group of friends or come along by yourself and meet new ones. They are social, relaxing and heaps of fun.

***Behind the scenes Danica will then fire and glaze fire your creations to make them food safe, and ready to pick up in about 4 weeks. The final product will be dishwasher and microwave safe.

Classes include all non-toxic materials, tools, and firing.

Make Your Own Beautiful Ceramic Bowls

Rediscover Ceramics workshops are perfect for beginners wanting to experience the fun and satisfaction of creating something functional with your hands. They are also a great space for those with more experience—Danica loves sharing her techniques, and there is always something new to learn with clay.

In this hands-on pottery workshop, you’ll create your own set of two to three small bowls, or a medium or larger serving bowl, using beautiful stoneware clay. This is a creative and practical project—perfect for making ceramic pieces you can use and enjoy for years to come.

Danica will guide you through the building process and demonstrate how she creates her signature nature imprint designs. You’ll have the chance to decorate your bowls and add a splash of coloured underglaze for extra personality. You can also choose to make a matching ceramic spoon if you wish.

These workshops are social, relaxing, and beginner friendly—come along solo or bring a friend!
