​Looking for a relaxed and fun one off- wheel throwing class in an intimate environment?

Learning to throw is very satisfying. There is a great joy in shaping soft clay and transforming it into a functional object that you can use every day.

Come and learn a new skill, and further develop existing ones during this fun, hands on class. From egg cups, mugs, bowls, vases- to larger more complex forms. This intimate group of 3-4 people will give you lots of focused time to really develop your skills. You can also add handles to mugs, little hand-built spoons for bowls, as well as learn to finish and decorate your items off the wheel.

There will be a range of colourful underglazes for you to paint your work in, and your favourite items will be fired and glazed for you.

  • Non-toxic materials, tools, and firing.

  • Classes run for 3 hrs

** Behind the scenes Danica will fire and glaze fire your creations to make them food safe, and ready to pick up in about 4 weeks. The final product will be dishwasher and microwave safe.

A Relaxed, Hands-On Introduction to Ceramics

Looking for a creative escape? Join us for a fun and immersive wheel throwing workshop in a relaxed, intimate setting. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills, this small-group class (just 4 participants) offers the perfect balance of personalised guidance and hands-on learning.

You’ll discover the satisfaction of shaping clay on the wheel as you create your own functional pottery—think mugs, bowls, vases, or even a little jug. You'll also have the opportunity to add handles, sculpt small spoons, and decorate your pieces with colourful underglazes.

This workshop is designed to be encouraging, calm, and confidence-building, helping you explore ceramics in a friendly and supportive environment.
