Red Flowering Gum Belly Mugs

These handcrafted porcelain Belly Mugs feature carved Red Flowering Gum designs, created by carving through a black slip surface to reveal crisp white linework, then filling each bloom with rich red inlay. Wheel-thrown with a softly rounded belly, they sit comfortably in the hand and are finished with a fine, honed rim for a smooth sip.

The interiors are glazed in a glossy, food-safe clear glaze. The exterior is left unglazed for a soft matte feel, with small glazed highlights added to lift the carved botanical detail. Each mug is balanced with a trimmed foot and shaped for comfortable everyday use.
