Golden Wattle Belly Mugs

These handcrafted porcelain mugs feature carved Golden Wattle designs, created by carving through a black slip surface to reveal crisp white linework and filling each flower with golden yellow glaze. Made on the wheel with a gently rounded belly shape, they sit comfortably in the hand and are finished with a fine, honed rim for an easy, smooth sip.

The interiors are coated in a glossy, food-safe clear glaze. The exterior is left unglazed for a soft matte feel, with small glazed highlights added to bring out the finer carved details. Each mug is thoughtfully balanced with a trimmed foot and shaped for everyday use.
